I am an Arkansan, living in the foothills of the Ozarks. My educational background was in mathematics and computer programming, so I guess whatever is in my DNA that made me pursue those fields in college has led me to realism as an artist. It all started out innocently enough – looking for a little “me” time from my life as wife, mother, and programmer, I signed up for a six-week drawing class.
